Terms of Service

1. Services

• G Edge Corp provides AI-powered products, enterprise AI agent deployment, educational programs, and career consulting services (collectively, "Services").
• By purchasing or using any G Edge product or service, you agree to these Terms of Service.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time with reasonable notice.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to purchase our products or services independently.
• Users under 18 may participate in Academy programs only with verifiable parental or guardian consent.
• By using our services, you represent that you have the authority to enter into this agreement.

3. Payment & Pricing

• $5 AI Tools: All consumer products are priced at a one-time flat fee of $5 USD per report. Payment is processed at checkout via Stripe.
• AI Agent Deployment: Enterprise plans require a one-time installation fee (starting at $299) and a monthly or annual subscription. Full pricing is presented in the configuration wizard before checkout.
• Academy Programs: Pricing for youth and corporate programs is provided upon consultation and varies by program type and duration.
• Career Services: Individual service packages (resume, mock interview, full coaching) are priced as listed. Full career package pricing is provided after a free consultation.
• All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes may apply based on your jurisdiction.

4. Delivery

• $5 AI Tools: Reports are delivered via email within 5 minutes of payment confirmation. If you do not receive your report within 30 minutes, contact us at info@thegedge.com.
• AI Agent Deployment: Deployment begins within 72 hours of payment and signed agreement. Timeline may vary for enterprise custom builds.
• Academy & Career Services: Scheduling and delivery timelines are agreed upon at enrollment.

5. Refund Policy

• $5 AI Tools: All purchases are final and non-refundable. By completing payment, you acknowledge that the service is delivered immediately upon confirmation and that you are paying in advance to receive the AI-generated report. Once the report has been delivered to your email, no refunds will be issued.
• Delivery guarantee: If you do not receive your report within 30 minutes of payment, contact us at info@thegedge.com and we will resolve the issue or issue a full refund.
• AI Agent Deployment: Installation fees are non-refundable once deployment has begun. Monthly subscriptions may be cancelled at the end of the current billing period. Refunds for unused subscription periods are at our discretion.
• Career Services: Mock interview sessions are non-refundable once the session has taken place. Resume packages are refundable within 48 hours of delivery if the work has not been reviewed.
• Academy Programs: Refund eligibility varies by program. Contact us before enrollment to understand cancellation terms.

6. Intellectual Property

• All AI-generated reports delivered by G Edge are for your personal or business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or represent them as your own original work.
• G Edge Corp owns all intellectual property rights to our website, branding, AI system architecture, and product design.
• You retain ownership of any content you submit to us (such as your resume or job description) and grant G Edge a limited license to use it solely to deliver the requested service.

7. Limitation of Liability

• AI-generated content is provided for informational and practical use only. G Edge Corp does not guarantee specific outcomes, including job offers, salary increases, or business results.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, G Edge Corp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.

8. Acceptable Use

• You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm G Edge Corp or other users.
• You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or replicate our AI systems, prompts, or product architecture.
• Attempting to dispute or chargeback a $5 AI Tool purchase after report delivery may result in account suspension and reporting to payment processors.

9. Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
• Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in New York, NY.

10. Changes to These Terms

• We may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.
• Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
