• Information you provide directly: When you purchase a product, configure an AI agent, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), company name (optional), and any details you enter into our forms.
• Payment information: Payments are processed by Stripe. G Edge Corp does not store your credit card number, CVV, or full card details. We only receive a transaction confirmation and masked card information from Stripe.
• Usage data: We may collect anonymous data about how you interact with our website, including pages visited, time spent, and actions taken. This data is aggregated and never linked to your identity without consent.
• Communications: If you email us or use our contact form, we retain that correspondence to respond to you and improve our service.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To deliver the AI-generated report or product you purchased, sent to your provided email address.
• To process payments securely via Stripe.
• To configure and deploy your AI Agent system (for enterprise clients).
• To respond to your inquiries and support requests.
• To send transactional emails (order confirmation, delivery). We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.
• To improve our products and services through aggregate, anonymized analysis.

3. Information Sharing

• G Edge Corp does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
• Service providers: We share data with trusted providers strictly necessary to operate our services — including Stripe (payments), OpenAI (AI generation), Resend (email delivery), and Cloudflare (infrastructure). Each provider is bound by their own privacy policy.
• Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of G Edge Corp and its users.
• We do not share your data with advertisers or data brokers.

4. Data Storage & Security

• Your data is stored on servers located in the United States. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/HTTPS) for all data in transit.
• Access to personal data is restricted to authorized personnel who need it to operate our services.
• We retain your order data for up to 3 years for accounting and legal compliance purposes. You may request earlier deletion (see Section 6).
• We do not store the content of your AI-generated reports on our servers after delivery.

5. Cookies & Tracking

• We use minimal cookies necessary for site functionality — specifically to remember your theme preference (dark/light mode).
• We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics that identify you personally.
• You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Note that this may affect site functionality.

6. Your Rights

• Access: You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: You may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Deletion: You may request that we delete your personal data. We will comply unless we are required to retain it by law.

7. Children's Privacy

• Our general AI tools and services are intended for users 18 and older.
• Our Academy programs for youth (ages 6–18) are provided to minors only with parental or guardian consent and enrollment. We collect only the minimum information necessary for program delivery in these cases.

• We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
• For material changes, we will notify active clients via email. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
